2011-2015 Strategic Plan Highlights

The 2011-2015 OMERS Strategic Plan is the latest edition of the enterprise-wide, rolling five-year plan and captures the organization’s goals and objectives for the current planning cycle. The full document is a shared vision of the Administration Corporation Board and OMERS Management and gains its shape and strength from candid engagement and discussion, consistent with best governance practices.

We are pleased to share some of the highlights of the 2011-2015 Strategic Plan, which sets the direction that OMERS will take over the coming years to maintain and enhance its leadership position in the pension industry. It also sets our overall direction in developing programs and services for our members and a direction for our investment teams. The Strategic Plan builds on our strong foundation and provides direction to lead the organization going forward.
